As
Barnstable County’s new Register of Probate I am proud to offer
this website to improve efficiency at the Probate Court and the
Registry Office.
The goal of this website is to provide all
users of the Court and members of the public with downloadable
forms and information about the Court. It is important
that the public be able to access court information during the
day or night.
This website will be expanded and revised
as time goes on. The site is designed to be as user friendly as
possible and it will be continuously updated and improved where
necessary. For now, click on a topic on the right or left side for forms
and information for the particular topic.
I am excited and honored to serve as your
Register of Probate. The introduction of this website, a first
for the Barnstable County Probate and Family Court, is part of
my goal to modernize the Registry and provide improved service
to those using the Probate and Family Court and Registry Office.
