ALL MOTIONS SCHEDULED AT 8:30 A.M.

A note about our Judicial Calendars:

Judicial Calendars will be posted on our site for the benefit of attorneys and litigants to mark up motions. These Calendars will be posted in accordance with Robert A. Scandurra, First Justice and Anastasia Welsh Perrino, Register's New Scheduling Practices at the Barnstable County Probate and Family Court (Click here for link) These practices and procedures will begin in the Barnstable County Probate and Family Court on May 3, 2010

Please be sure to visit our website for the most up-to-date calendar. We will have a date on each calendar indicating when it was updated to help you in scheduling matters.  Motions that are expected to require greater than 20 minutes of time before the Court shall be specifically assigned by the Judge. If a Judge's initials are highlighted in RED on a particular day, this means that date is already heavily scheduled with motions for that Judge. To select a date indicated in RED means you may have a long wait at the Court. Therefore you may want to consider selecting a date NOT INDICATED in RED to schedule your motion.

If the initials of a Judge do not appear on a date or dates, that Judge is not scheduled to be hearing cases that day.  Contempt Complaints are scheduled by the Court on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
